Would it be feasible to transfer to Vanderbilt from a school like the University of North Texas?

I have a 4.0 GPA in the honors program at UNT. I'd really like to transfer to Vandy. Would they accept someone from such an easy school? I also hold a part-time job, volunteer at a hospital every week (I want to be a surgeon), play soccer intramurals, write for the school newspaper, and I started a club. Maybe this is a dumb question, but help would be much appreciated! Thanks :)
