What kind of schools would accept me?

I attend a small, rural high school (<50 students in my class). My GPA is a 3.9477 (on the 4 point scale, no weighted classes). I took the ACT for the first time and got a 29 (32 English, 27 Math, 28 Reading, 28 Science). I retook it, but have not yet gotten my scores. I will be a high school senior this fall, and will be dual-enrolling to a community college in my core subject areas. Assuming my GPA doesn't change next year, what kinds of universities will likely accept me? I have aspirations of attending Vanderbilt if I can get in.
