Do you think I have a chance at Upenn?

I want to be a nurse. I am in HOSA, I have a 3.8 Gpa, I'm hoping to get at least a 28- hopefully higher on the ACT ( wish me luck ;) ) I plan on taking all Health science course, I plan on taking all courses in Spanish, I really want to get a couple hundred hours of charity and volunteer work. I'm not in AP because my school no longer offers them because of no child left behind. I'm not great at math but I try my hardest, I am pretty good at any form of science and language. But like I said math is not my strong point... I am certain I can pull out one amazing recommendation. If you could give me a little guidance on what UPENN is looking for and things I should add or do please tell me. I want to do a early decision too. I played violin for 3 years and a class in piano in middle school but that doesn't sound very impressive. I'm also looking at vanderbilt and should I not get accepted to either, I'm almost positive I'll get into Pittsburgh. Do you think I have a chance? What can I do that will make me stand out a little more- I'm not a genius nor extremely gifted but I'm dedicated to my future career and feel a passion for health sciences. I hope to travel abroad at least once during my next 3 summers ( I am a freshman, so I have a lot of time to work and figure things out. I think its important to start thinking about this so I'm prepared. Any advice is appreciated ) please no " don't you know how much school costs?" Or " It's too early to think about this." Please only constructive advice...THANK YOU, YOUR ANSWERS ARE APPRECIATED ;)
