Thinking about moving to Nashville in the future?

I currently live in Fl and once I get my Bachelors degree I want to go to Vanderbilt in Nashville. I just want to know what is Nashville like? Is it expensive because of the tourism? I'm a huge fan of country music and I was born and raised in the south so I'm sure I'll love it there I just want to know what to expect if I lived there? Thanks :)
