Can I get into Vanderbilt University?

If I graduate with a 3.65 GPA, above a 4.0 Weighted GPA, and above a 30 on my ACT's, am in DECA, Stock market club, and a club called snowball and KEY club. Play football, and run track, and am in three honors/AP classes, also I was two years ahead in the Spanish program at my school so will finish spanish Sophomore year.
