Do you think I can get into Vanderbilt University or Boston College?

Hey everyone, so Ive talked to my counselor many other people about this topic and Im getting mixed answers. I have a 4.0 GPA right now in a respectable school district with a 23 ACT and 150+ hours of community service. I also play two sports and am a Vice President of a club at my school. Any input would be great and if you don't think I can get in if you have any suggestions to up my chances that would be great too. Thanks!
