I couldn't breathe in my dream. what does this dream mean?

So I took a nap then in my dream I was in the same state that I was napping. All of a sudden in my dream I felt like someone kept touching me in my sleep or poking me to where I woke up(still dreaming) and all of a sudden I coudn't breathe. It felt like someone was trying to suffocate me. I couldn't move at all. Eventually I broke loose and I got up. I ran outside my house and I saw bags packed. I felt like something didn't want me in the house. Anyway, I heard a small whisteling sound then I finally woke up. It was such a nightmare. I'm so confused. What does this dream mean?
