Can I raise my 2.4 GPA up higher in two years? PLEASE ANSWER.?

Okay. It's summer time obviously, and I'm going into my Junior year. My GPA is roughly around 2.4, maybe higher. I haven't seen it since school let out, but I know it's no lower than a 2.4. I want to go to Vanderbilt, and you need about a 3.7 to get in I think. Is there any way I can raise my GPA that high or close in two years? It's not that I'm stupid or won't do the work. I didn't do anything Sophomore year because I was depressed blah blah long story. When I do work, which I plan to because I am no longer depsressed, I get good grades. Please help me(: Thanks(:
