Do you think I could get into Columbia University?

I'm about to be a senior. I know my grades are gonna be a whole lot better. Right now I have a 3.75 GPA. I'm a FCCLA officer, HOSA officer, Drum Major in Band. I'm in art club, Beta Club. I'm a volunteer at Vanderbilt children's hospital. I'm taking 2 out the 3 available AP classes at my school. I do some community service, and i take all honors classes. I'm in the top 15% percent of my class. I made a 26 on my act, but im hoping to make a thirty on it next time. What can I do to make myself more competitive. Its my dream school. Also, i did well on the psat. I think i'll do good on the Sat.
