Match me to a college?

I'm a sophmore right now at a private high school. My GPA is ~3.89 unweighted. I'm taking two honors classes this year and I can say from my experience last year that the regular level classes at private school are quiet a bit harder than the honors classes at public schools. My school offers dance classes during the day instead of PE and I'm in level 4 out of 5 (ballet and contemporary). I'm also in a creative writing club and a Humane Society club. Over spring break I went on an Orphanage Outreach Trip with a group from my school. I horseback ride about twice a week and I jump 2'6" courses with changes on an off-the-track thoroughbred. Also I'm planning to start a book club next year. As a junior, I plan to take 2 APs and 2 honors. Oh, and I have about 200 volunteer hours. I think I want to study business... and I'm pretty sure I couldn't get into an Ivy League as I'm not taking tons of APs, (there's no way I could take a heavier course load and keep up my GPA and with my extracurriculars) But I still want to get into a top level school, such as Duke or Vanderbilt (I have two first cousins that went there, that counts as alumni relation, right?) However I'm kinda confused. Duke and Vandy don't have business as one of their main majors but both have business schools... can you go there when your an undergrad and be considered to have "majored" in business? Please explain!!! Of course I'm also open to suggestions for other colleges that actually offer business as a major. Oh, and I'd like to stay near the east coast. Thank you!!
