Is my ACT score good enough?

I just got my ACT scores back yesterday. My cumulative score was 29. In English, I got a 33; Math, 25; Science, 24; and Reading, 33. Is this okay? And are these scores, assuming I have a 3.75 GPA and am involved in Beta Club and extracirricular student organizations, enough to possibly put me towards Vanderbilt or Butler (Indiana)? Thanks for your time! I'm just not sure where to find the requirements.
